Every REFYNED™ piece is inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves our hands. We take great pride in delivering your order in perfect, collector-ready condition.
Original Paintings
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will work to make it right.
Fine Art Prints
Limited edition prints are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unframed, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Trading Cards
All trading card sales are final due to the serialized, limited-edition nature of each release. If your card arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or report a damaged item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different piece, please initiate a return (where eligible) and place a new order.
